This planting was part of an initiative by Worthing Business Improvement District. The Weald to Waves Garden by Worthing Seafront was created in collaboration with CREW (Climate Resilience Centre Worthing). The concept took the inspiration from the movement ‘Weald to Waves’, a project founded by Knepp, which created a corridor for nature, connecting fragmented landscapes across Sussex. This garden brought this theme to Worthing Seafront. The aim was to raise public awareness of the importance of rewilding in the moment to reverse the effects of climate change.​​​
